Low frequency air springs offer highly effective vibration isolation and can be integrated with various mechanical and electronic level control systems. The damping level of these low-maintenance pneumatic air springs can be adjusted as required.
Air spring isolators with active levelling maintain the correct level of machines or foundations. Level control and adjustment is fully automatic.
The pressure in the air springs is adjusted appropriately by pressurisation or depressurisation in response to load changes. In this way, the insulating effect is kept constant in all positions.
Unlike steel springs, air springs do not transmit structure-borne noise.
