Ulinco has acquired Ferroscandia AB
Ulinco is expanding!
Ulinco AB has on 20 April, 2018 acquired Ferroscandia AB. Ulinco AB has been a leading supplier of rubber components to Nordic industry for many years.
Since its inception in 1980, Ferroscandia AB has been a reliable and stable supplier of vibration dampers and other rubber-metal components to industrial companies active in many different industries and complements our business well.
For you as a customer, this means more standard components and increased opportunities to develop customised components and solutions.
Ferroscandia has, among other things, a focus on applications in railway / public transport and damping solutions for laboratory environments and now adds this expertise to Ulinco AB.
Ferroscandia's range includes a large number of types of products, such as vibration dampers made of natural rubber or other rubber materials, as well as isolators, bushings, bearings, couplings, impact dampers, rubber springs, motor dampers, machine feet and wedge blocks in many different designs to suit different applications.

As part of this acquisition, Ulinco AB has also decided to incorporate Ferroscandia AB's operations into Ulinco AB as of 18 May 2018, i.e. Ferroscandia as a company will cease to exist.
