Engagement & Work Environment

We work actively to minimise the risks of occupational injuries, accidents and incidents, and engage in activities that promote employee health, job satisfaction and efficiency.

As a minimum, we must comply with the occupational health and safety legislation to which we are subject, and we strive to continuously improve our work environment, both organisationally and socially as well as physically. We fulfil the requirements of the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system standard, which we will also be certified against in 2016.

The work environment in our organisation must be such that those who work for us do not suffer ill health or injury as a result of their work, and that they are happy and can develop both professionally and as individuals. The work environment programme covers all activities and the employee's overall work situation, taking into account physical, mental and social aspects.
