Ulinco AB sells and delivers only to companies and then according to our sales and delivery terms.

The above conditions apply to all sales and deliveries from Ulinco AB unless we have offered something else in writing.
For you as a customer in our webshop, the following also applies
In our webshop, we accept orders for our stocked products and we also apply the following general conditions:
Minimum order value:
- 600 SEK excluding VAT.
- For orders below 600 SEK, a handling fee of 200 SEK (ex VAT) is always charged.
Delivery time:
- Orders placed before 12:00 are normally dispatched on the same working day from our warehouse in Landvetter. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends or red days are delivered the next working day.
- If any item is missing from stock, we will contact you and inform you of the delivery time.
Terms of delivery:
- Free our warehouse (FCA) Ulinco AB Landvetter/Sweden.
- We charge a fixed shipping cost of 150 SEK per order.
- For orders over 4 000 SEK free shipping. For orders below 4 000 SEK, shipping is always charged.
- Delivery is made by Schenker within Sweden.
- Schenker delivers during office hours on weekdays and requires a signature to confirm receipt of the delivery. Track your parcel here.
Payment terms:
- All prices are in Swedish kronor excluding VAT and are quoted per piece.
- Invoice customers who buy on an ongoing basis can receive 30 days net after the usual credit check by our finance department.
- Payment with Payson. With Payson you pay easily and safely. Choose to complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and online banking or pay afterwards by invoice or instalment.
