For us at Ulinco AB, it is important that you as a customer or supplier feel safe with how we process your personal data. We work actively to comply with current personal data legislation called "General Data Protection Regulation", or generally known as the abbreviation GDPR. We see it as natural to be open about how we collect and process your personal information and refer to our privacy policy for detailed information.

This privacy policy explains how Ulinco Group (Ulinco AB and Ulinco Vulctech AB) collects, processes and stores personal data. The policy is designed to present how we ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the current personal data legislation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The privacy policy applies to all contact with Ulinco Group, such as visits to the respective company's website, contact with our sales and purchasing departments, account holdings and orders. We also describe the choices and rights you have as a registered contact within Ulinco Group.

1. What is personal data?

Any information that can be used to identify an individual is defined as personal data. This includes the most basic data such as name and contact details, but also data such as order history, IP numbers and other information that can be traced back to an individual in one way or another.

2. When do we process your personal data?

Ulinco Group collects and processes your personal data when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or visit our website. We need the information collected to be able to conduct and develop our business and to offer you as professional and solid an experience of Ulinco Group as possible.

3. What personal data do we process?

The data stored depends on the scope of the case in question. Below is a specification of the type of information that may be processed in the context of dialogue, ordering and web activity.

For those of you who contact Ulinco Group regarding support issues, quote requests or in your role as a supplier, we collect the following information:

  • Name of the contact person.
  • Telephone number.
  • E-mail address.
  • Title.

If you are a customer of Ulinco Group, we collect the following information:

  • Payment details. If you are a private individual, your personal identity number is registered in our business system.
  • Details of your purchases (order history).

If you are an e-commerce customer, i.e. an account holder, or if you visit any of Ulinco Group's respective company websites, we also collect the following information:

  • IP address and information about your use of our e-commerce portal.

4. Why do we process your personal data?

Ulinco Group processes personal data of the main contacts of the companies' customers and suppliers according to section 3. The purpose of the processing is to administer our customer and supplier relationships, deliver goods according to agreements, provide support and market products and services. The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in conducting and optimising our business.

5. How long do we keep your personal data?

If you have placed an order, your data will be stored in our business system until further notice, in accordance with point 3. We update our business system and our CRM system on an ongoing basis to ensure that we have the most up-to-date data possible. Personal data collected in order for us to send you marketing is stored until you object to the marketing. To have your data deleted from our systems, contact the company within the Ulinco Group that stores your data, and we will ensure that your personal data is deleted or anonymised from our systems within 24 hours. There are data that we cannot delete for accounting reasons until at least 7 years after the accounting event has occurred.

6. Who do we disclose personal data to?

We only disclose internal, i.e. employee, personal data to third parties. The disclosure is made with strict restriction and only for the purpose of fulfilling established agreements between Ulinco Group and its employees, such as salary payments. There is always an agreement between Ulinco Group and its data processors that regulates that the disclosed personal data may only be handled according to documented instructions.

7. your rights

Ulinco Group is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. You always have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it by requesting an extract from the register. At your request or on our own initiative, we will correct, delete or complete any data found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading as described in point 5. You can contact us at any time to have your data deleted, amended or anonymised. The same applies if you wish to restrict our processing of your personal data so that it may only be used for limited purposes, such as the realisation of purchases, but not for marketing purposes. You also have the right to lodge any complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

8. IT security

Our IT security systems are designed with your privacy in mind and provide a high level of protection against intrusion. We have good IT security procedures in place to ensure that your personal data is processed securely. You can always feel safe when you provide us with your personal data.

9. cookies

Ulinco Group uses so-called "cookies" to facilitate and improve your experience when you visit one of the companies' websites or e-commerce portals. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your computer, tablet or mobile phone and we use this to collect information in connection with your visit to one of our websites and e-commerce portal. The purpose of this is administrative purposes such as monitoring the performance of the respective website, improving usability, layout and navigation.

10. Additions and amendments

Ulinco Group may make additions or changes to this Privacy Policy, in which case we will publish the updated policy on the respective company's website.
