Our manufacturing process - from idea to continuous delivery

When we receive an order from a customer, we start a carefully structured process to ensure that each product meets your quality, time and cost requirements. Here are the key steps in our manufacturing process:

  1. Construction & Design:
    We start with a close dialogue to understand your specifications and functional requirements. Our design team develops a design solution that optimises the product for its application and lifetime.
  2. 3D Modelling & Simulation:
    A 3D model of the component is then created. Using advanced simulations, we can ensure that the design can withstand the stresses it will be subjected to. This helps us anticipate any opportunities for improvement before production starts.
  3. CAM preparation:
    Once the design is approved, we create a CAM preparation to translate the model into specific production steps. This preparation is crucial to achieve high precision and efficiency in production.
  4. Tool making:
    Based on the design and production planning, the tools needed for the form and function of the component are manufactured. We ensure that the moulds meet our high standards of quality and durability.
  5. Outcome testing:
    Before full-scale production starts, we carry out drop tests to check that the product meets all technical and quality requirements. Any adjustments are made to ensure a perfect product.
  6. Delivery and packaging requirements:
    We customise the packaging and delivery solution to meet your specific requirements. We take into account the characteristics and needs of the product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
  7. Measurement & Quality Control:
    To ensure that the component fulfils all dimensional and functional requirements, we perform careful measurements and quality checks before delivery.
  8. SOP - Start of Production:
    Once all initial checks are approved and all preparations are finalised, production starts. We follow a carefully monitored production plan to ensure quality and efficiency.
  9. Ongoing deliveries:
    During ongoing production, we maintain a stable delivery schedule as agreed. Our team works to ensure you receive your components on time and with consistently high quality.
  10. Customer follow-up:
    After delivery, we follow up to ensure that you are satisfied with the product and our services. We value feedback and strive to constantly improve our offering.
