Production methods

Autoclave vulcanisation
Autoclave vulcanisation involves curing rubber under pressure and high temperature in an autoclave.

Extrusion
Extrusion forces rubber through a mould to create long, continuous products.

Mould casting
Moulding produces polyurethane (PU) components by pouring liquid PU material into a mould.

Injection
Injection production uses liquid rubber injected into a sealed mould.

Calendering
Calendering is used to produce rubber sheets by pressing rubber between rotating rollers.

Compression
Manufacturing by compression, or moulding, involves placing rubber in a preheated mould.

Punching & Waterjet cutting
Stamping and waterjet cutting manufactures gaskets and other flat components by cutting materials according to specific patterns.

Transfer
Transfer manufacturing involves pressing preheated rubber from a chamber into a mould.
