Prototype development for elastomer components

We offer specialised prototyping in rubber, rubber-metal components and a variety of other elastomers for the OEM industry.

Our long-standing expertise and modern tooling solutions allow us to meet unique design requirements with high precision, flexibility and fast delivery times. Our dedicated prototyping process allows you to evaluate component performance and functionality quickly and cost-effectively.

1. 3D printing

Using advanced 3D printing, we can quickly produce prototypes that visualise your ideas and provide a realistic insight into the form and function of the final component. 3D printing allows us to efficiently perform design validation before moving on to full-scale production solutions.

2. moulding in silicone and polyurethane

For prototypes with complex shapes and details, we use silicone and polyurethane moulding. These techniques offer a high level of mould flexibility and are ideal for creating test models that mimic the properties of the final material, allowing you to ensure the fit and function of the component before mass production.

3. compression moulding in single cavity tools

We offer single-cavity moulding for fast and accurate prototyping series. This method is suitable for prototypes with specific tolerance requirements, and the process allows you to experiment with different materials and structures to find the optimal solution for your product.

4. Hand-building and Dorn building

When customisation or specific details are required, we can offer hand-building and mandrel building. These techniques provide a high degree of flexibility and customisation and are used to create prototypes that are otherwise difficult to produce using traditional manufacturing methods.
