IRC RubberCon 2025

Ulinco participated in RubberCon25 - focus on sustainability and future materials
On 9-11 September Ulinco participated in RubberCon25, an international conference for the rubber industry held at Södra Teatern in Stockholm. Our representative, Dr Johnas Eklöf-Österberg (Technical Pre-Sales Engineer), was on hand to share the latest industry insights.
The conference brought together experts, researchers and companies from all over the world to discuss innovations, challenges and future solutions in Elastomer Technology. Among the most interesting topics were:
- Sustainability in the rubber industry - how we can reduce our environmental impact through smarter material choices and circular processes.
- PFAS regulation - new legal requirements and their impact on the use of fluorinated substances in technical applications.
- Devulcanisation - technologies to recycle and reuse vulcanised rubber, opening up more sustainable production chains.
Participating in RubberCon25 reinforces our commitment to be at the forefront of technological development and environmentally conscious solutions. We look forward to putting these insights into practice and continuing to offer our customers products that meet both today's and tomorrow's requirements.
