BILZ - Mechanical level control

In many industrial installations, it is crucial that machines remain horizontal and stable even under varying loads. The Bilz MPN series offers two high-class solutions - MPN-LCV and MPN-PVM - for mechanical-pneumatic height levelling of air suspension systems. These systems allow constant, automatic adjustment of the working level of the machine with millimetre or even hundredths of a millimetre precision.

MPN-LCV - Robust standard solution for FAEBI® and BiAir®

MPN-LCV is an extremely robust and galvanised system with proportional valve which regulates air flow based on load changes. It's designed for demanding industrial environments where reliability comes before precision.

  • Accuracy: ± 0,1 mm resetting accuracy
  • Air quality requirements: ISO 8573-1:2010 class 3.4.3
  • Pressure limitation: Max 6 bar

    • FAEBI® and FAEBI®-HD rubber air springs

🔸 MPN-PVM - High-precision solution for sensitive installations

MPN-PVM is a more advanced option where the highest possible accuracy is sought - for example in measuring machines, laboratory equipment or high-precision production. It has improved valve design and can meet much stricter air requirements.

  • Air quality requirements: ISO 8573-1:2010
    • Class 2.4.2
    • Class 2.3.2 (if below 15 °C)
  • Pressure limitation: Max 6 bar

  • Variants:

    • MPN-PVM-short-Pad-A (Art.No. 61-0058) - with insulating plunger pad
  • Field of application: Applications with high demands on stability, vibration damping and process quality - for example in metrology, electronics and optics.
