BILZ - Vibration isolated tables

When working with sensitive measuring instruments, optical systems or advanced analysis equipment, stability is crucial. Small vibrations from the environment - from footsteps, door knocks or nearby machinery - can affect both results and repeater accuracy. Solid tables with hard stone top for stability and cushioning

The Bilz LTH series combines a ground granite slab with advanced air spring technology for exceptional vibration isolation. Thanks to different types of BiAir® springs, you can tailor the performance to the requirements of the application.

 BiAir®-ED - for stable standard insulation

  • Vertical natural frequency: 2.5-3 Hz
  • Horizontal frequency: 2.8-3.5 Hz
  • Level control: Mechanical-pneumatic, ± 0.1 or ± 0.01 mm
  • Sizes: From 600 × 500 mm to 2 000 × 1 000 mm
  • Load capacity: 2 500 N - 28 000 N
  • Typical applications: General precision work, measuring tables, laboratory environments

 BiAir®-OC - for improved insulation (lower vertical frequency)

  • Vertical natural frequency: about 2 Hz
  • Suitable for: AFM, interferometry and low-dynamic environments with high isolation requirements
  • Other characteristics: Same frame, level control and sizes as ED version
  • Maximum load: up to 7 000 N

BiAir®-PAS - for advanced horizontal insulation

  • Horizontal frequency: about 1.2 Hz thanks to pendulum suspension

 LTO Series - Optical Table Top

Professional honeycomb tops for optics, photonics and microscopy

The Bilz LTO series is optimised for optical experiments and sensitive electronics. With honeycomb tops (HD and HDT), light weight is combined with excellent self-resonance damping. Also available in cleanroom versions with stainless steel underside.

BiAir®-ED - standard solution with good insulation
