Production by Injection
Injection production uses liquid rubber injected into a sealed mould.
However, FPM has some limitations in terms of cold resistance and the cost may be higher compared to some other elastomers on the market.
Flourescent rubber is mainly used in the automotive industry for seals, gaskets and hoses in engines and transmission applications where high chemical and temperature resistance are critical.
It is also used in the aerospace industry, as well as in industries where resistance to aggressive chemicals and extremely variable temperatures is necessary.
This technology is often used to manufacture precision parts, such as seals, membranes and technical components in the automotive and medical industries, where precise tolerances and high quality are essential.
