Rubber offers fantastic design possibilities. The elasticity of the material offers great opportunities for special shapes and angles with properties that meet tough requirements in terms of physical and chemical impact.
We have produced thousands of components in all known rubber materials and silicone. The product range includes moulded rubber, vibration dampers, rubber and metal components and moulded hose.

BILZ - Insulating panels
Insulation boards are made from a precisely defined combination of nitrile rubber and cork particles, embedded in a composite of cotton fibres.


BILZ - Machine feet
Machine feet are maintenance-free components for vibration-isolated machine installation. As a premium variant, Bilz machine feet combine high load capacity and precise level adjustment with effective isolation against disturbing vibrations and structure-borne noise. The design ensures stability, long service life and maintained precision even under demanding operating conditions.

Buffers
Impact absorbers are rubber/metal components designed to absorb the impact, shock and kinetic energy of mechanical impacts. They operate primarily in the compression direction, where the rubber compound and hardness (e.g. Shore A) can be customised to achieve the correct stiffness and damping capacity. Proper sizing reduces both noise and mechanical stress during stops, protecting components and structures from damage. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as machinery, transport equipment, hatches, protective covers and other structures where movements need to be slowed down or limited. Available in several dimensions with different thread designs. The right choice of shock absorber contributes to higher operational reliability, reduced service costs and longer service life of the machine and attachment.


Cylindrical rubber buffers
Cylindrical vibration dampers are rubber/metal parts designed to reduce vibration and absorb shock forces in both axial and radial directions. By adjusting the geometry and rubber compound (e.g. Shore hardness), the natural frequency and damping ratio can be optimised to the actual operation


Engine cushions
Engine cushions are crucial components in many mechanical and industrial applications. These pads play an important role in damping vibrations and reducing noise, helping to improve the performance and lifespan of machines, as well as contributing to increased comfort.


Machine feet
Machine feet are used for vibration- and structure-borne sound-isolated machine installations. The maintenance-free machine feet ensure easy and precise levelling of machines and are available in many different designs.

Torsion dampers
Torsional dampers are rubber/metal components designed to absorb torque, reduce torsional vibrations and absorb shocks in rotating systems. By varying the geometry and rubber compound (e.g. Shore hardness), the torsional stiffness and damping ratio can be adjusted to optimise the dynamic characteristics of the system. They are used to protect transmissions, motors, clutches and other driveline components, helping to reduce vibration, noise and the risk of harmful resonances.


Vibration damping motor bases
Motor bases are vibration-damping motor mounts made of high-quality natural rubber and steel. They are designed to absorb vibrations, protect the surface and ensure stable operation.


Oscillating brackets
Oscillating mounts are mechanical components that use elastic deformation of four rubber cylinders enclosed between two steel profiles with 45° angular rotation. This clever design makes them very versatile as springs, shock absorbers and anti-vibration mounts.
