Rolls
You are the link between the customer's needs and the company's technical solutions. The role combines sales with technical understanding and involves driving the deal from the customer's needs to quotation and technical decision-making basis, in close cooperation with field sales representatives and other internal functions. You have your own customer responsibility for selected customers.
In practice, you will be involved in managing enquiries, quotes, and specifications, providing technical advice, customer documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also act as back-office support for field sales representatives, contribute to product development/design (including CAD) where necessary, and manage administrative systems (e.g., CRM/ERP). The role also includes SQM (Supplier Quality Management), such as liaising with production facilities in various parts of the world and handling compliance and documentation requirements. The role may also be adapted to some extent depending on the individual and their experience, potentially including involvement in areas such as practical prototype development and IT system responsibility.

Your background
We believe you have a relevant engineering degree from a university (e.g. mechanical engineering) and have worked with similar tasks for a few years. You are well acquainted with the manufacturing industry and its requirements. Linguistically, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
