About the position of Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator, you will take on a role where you act as a crucial link between customers, sales representatives, suppliers, warehouse operations, and our digital presence. You will become a key figure in the day-to-day operations and will contribute to ensuring correct deliveries, high service levels, and good communication.
The role is varied and includes, among other things, order processing, customer support, quotation work, delivery monitoring, and administrative tasks related to purchasing, sales, and marketing. You will be responsible for managing/following up customer orders all the way from order to delivery, providing support for customer inquiries/products, and continuously updating our digital communications/websites.
You will work closely with your colleagues at the office in Landvetter, within other group units, as well as with suppliers and partners.
Your main duties:
- Handle incoming customer queries via telephone and email, and provide advice on products and solutions.
- Manage customer orders and follow up on deliveries, coordinating the dialogue between customers, suppliers, warehousing, and the sales organisation to ensure our delivery.
- Continuously update our business system Dynamics AX and Lime CRM with customer, supplier and article information, as well as our website in WordPress and other digital media with ongoing marketing communications.
- Contribute to sales and customer development by identifying customer needs and creating added value in every customer contact.
About you
We are looking for you who have relevant education and a few years of experience from a role in inside sales, customer service, order administration, marketing or similar, where you have worked closely with customers and administrative processes. You are accustomed to providing high service, handling multiple cases simultaneously and working in a structured and business-oriented environment. We believe you have a background from industry, technology or trade with technical products, or experience of working with customers in similar industries. In addition, you have excellent system skills, good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and a B driving licence.
As a person, you are structured, responsible and efficient with high digital system competence. You have a solution-oriented approach, take your own initiative and are motivated by providing both customers and colleagues with the best possible service. Furthermore, you are communicative and appreciate a role with many points of contact.
Important for the role is:
- Previous experience in inside sales or another customer-facing role, for example in order administration, customer service, technical support or marketing.
- Experience from the manufacturing industry, or alternatively, a genuine interest in technology and an understanding of technical products
- Good system knowledge, as well as good knowledge of Office products, business systems and digital media
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A structured, service-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
- Driving licence category B
