Isolation plates - flexible and cost-effective vibration damping

Bilz isolation plates are a proven solution for reducing vibration and structure-borne noise during machine installation. The plates are made of a combination of nitrile rubber, cork and textile and can easily be adapted to the surface and type of machine.

They are a particularly good choice when you want an affordable, yet effective, vibration isolation solution - without compromising on stability.

Bilz machine feet combine vibration damping with precise height adjustment and are used for vibration-isolated machine set-up in a variety of industries. The feet are maintenance-free and available in several materials and sizes - suitable for both robust environments and more sensitive installations.

Wedge blocks - millimetre-precise installation even with heavy loads

When installing heavy machinery where high stability and precise level adjustment is required, Bilz wedge blocks are a highly reliable option. With adjustment accuracy down to 1/100 mm and capacity for loads up to 100 tonnes per wedge, precise positioning is ensured - even in demanding conditions.

The wedges are available in several designs, with the option of being bolted to the machine bed or anchored to the foundation.
