BILZ® - air suspension
Bilz low frequency air springs provides highly effective vibration isolation and can be combined with a variety of mechanical and electronic levelling systems. The damping level of the pneumatic and maintenance-friendly air springs can be adjusted as required.

Air spring isolators with active levelling maintain the correct level of machines or foundations. Level control and adjustment is fully automatic.
The pressure in the air springs is adjusted appropriately by pressurisation or depressurisation in response to load changes. In this way, the insulating effect is kept constant in all positions.
Unlike steel springs, air springs do not transmit structure-borne noise.
Rubber air spring isolator - FAEBI® series
Advantages compared to steel springs
- Adjustable insulation: Air pressure can be adjusted to compensate for load variations - manually or with the Bilz levelling system.
- Integrated damping: No separate dampers needed.
- No structure-borne noise: The design prevents the transmission of sound through the machine frame.
- Quick and easy installation: no floor anchors are required, and installation is done without special tools.
Products in the FAEBI® range
🔹 FAEBI® Standard
Robust and reliable rubber air insulator with a classic single chamber system.
Ideal for: General machinery installations with medium damping and insulation requirements.
- Temperature range: -20 °C to +60 °C
- Max. load must be considered when selecting the variant
- Easy to install, up to ±5 mm for levelling
Tip: Use hard FAEBI® variant in high dynamic applications.
🔹 FAEBI® in stainless steel
Same function as the standard version, but made of corrosion-resistant material.
Ideal for: Applications in humid, hygienic or chemical environments - e.g. food industry or laboratories.
- Identical function to FAEBI® Standard
Stainless steel casing for increased longevity and hygiene
🔹 FAEBI®-HD - with adjustable damping
Advanced dual-chamber isolator with externally adjustable damping for increased energy absorption and faster smoothing of machine movements.
Ideal for: Machines with high vibration or high process quality requirements, such as precision tools.
- Adjustable damping via throttle valve
- Two-chamber system (load and damping volume)
- Reduces resonance amplification significantly
- Increases the lifetime of both machines and manufactured products

Membrane air spring isolators - BiAir® series
Advantages compared to steel springs
- Low-frequency vibration isolation (down to 1.2 Hz depending on model)
- Adjustable damping via external throttle valve - easily customised to application
- Integrated dual-chamber technology provides improved energy absorption and fast equalisation
- High operational reliability thanks to safety valve or mechanical stroke limitation
- Resists dirt, moisture and UV light - works even in harsh outdoor and industrial environments
- Maintenance-free design - no separate dampers or readjustments required
