Aluminium structures in the bolt-on and bolt-through series

Bilz precision levelling wedges in hard-anodised (hard-coated) aluminium design are characterised by very high layer density, a high degree of hardness - up to 600 HV and very good wear properties.

The levelling wedge is easy to adjust and particularly suitable for EMC applications.

Example: Machines for the food and luxury food industry, machines for the packaging, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Bilz also offers specialised solutions without lubricants and for higher loads for cleanroom applications.

Bolts: Suitable bolts and nuts with standard thread and anchors for floor anchoring (PKD-AL and PKDK-AL only) can be supplied on request.
