PKA 1-0 To 8-0

Bolt-on Bilz precision levelling wedges PKA are used on machines that are subject to high tensile forces and require a permanent connection to the machine bed.

The bolted levelling wedges remain in place even when the machine is lifted, which greatly facilitates the installation of the machine. The specified maximum load consists of static and dynamic loading of the machine. The best insulation effect is achieved at about 80-90 % of the specified maximum load.

Application:

Injection moulding machines, slitting machines, extrusion machines etc. PKA 1-0 to 8-0 is good for lathes, drilling machines, grinding machines and multi-operation machines.
